Radiator Guard

Hi all ,
just got a quick question , how many of you have some type of radiator guard fitted to your bike and has it saved your radiator from being damaged by a rock or something else ?
Myself i have one fitted to my wee , cheap insurance i think , just in case

Radiator guard

I just ordered and installed a radiator guard for my wee. Ive had the bike since new, (five years). I have been lucky so far. Radiator guard, engine guards , and center stand are all new additions for my trip to Alaska!

rad guard

phph6XsQJPM.jpgbuilt this out of 1/8 alum, sits 1 inch away from rad so can take heavy hit before driving into rad and also allows good air circulation

The real truth of the matter is that V-Stroms are like orange popsicles ... kind of generic and unexciting, but on a nice warm day - everybody loves them

I bought mine from Twisted Throttle. Perfect fit. Disappears into the background like it should.
