What's your favorite time to ride ?

I do most of my riding early in the morning (when it's hot). I was on the road by 5:30 this morning. No traffic, and it's cool, had a great time, really enjoyed myself.

Late evening right before the sun sets. Thats the coolest part of the day out here.

Sent from my phone...there will be spelling errors!

When hot - like it has been lately - early AM. There is less traffic around here in early AM than in late evening and the temps are cooler. The only thing I have to watch out for are the deer.

This time of year I'm out every Sunday morning about 6am for a 85 mile ride to a favorite breakfast place in the Texas hill country. Take the long way back and I'm done with my weekly motorcycle fix by around 11am.

If you leave to ride that early here, you'll find the cops are still on DUI patrol from the previous evening!

When I lived (briefly) in Scottsdale, I used to love doing a "Lap of Phoenix" on my VFR just before bedtime, around 11 pm. I'd ride the 101 to 202, then around to I-17 and back to Scottdale. The whole trip was about 1/2 hour at the supra-legal speeds the Viffer was so good at. Man, that would set me right for a good night's sleep!

Go hakafugu yourself.
