How many miles did you get out of the stock trail wings?

Before they "had" to be replaced. Not replaced for something better, but actually were worn to the point of becoming unsafe?

If all you ever do is all you've ever done, then all you'll ever get is all you ever got.

8,000 miles; front and rear wore evenly enough that I had to replace them both at that mileage as they were both plainly showing the tread-wear indicators. I really liked the tires and may eventually go back to them.

Yeah I got about 15 or 16K out of my front one. In the last thousand or so I thought I was pushing my luck though. I definitely felt the difference when a fresh one was put on.

My riding body got about 17000 miles on his 2005. I managed only about 13000' but that's because bike has not been riden enough in few years by previous owner and tires started do crack
