Cheap mirrors

When my bike dumped about a month ago (Stalled it starting a turn), the black plastic cover over the mirror swivel broke on one side and cracked on the other.

I thought its possible this may happen again, so why bother buying expensive mirrors. Especially now that i have mirror extenders on. If the bike goes down the mirrors are going to smash.

Looking on ebay i found some real cheapo's from Thailand. The ad said they had real glass mirrors and they were very cheap ($23 for the pair with shipping).

Took about a week and a half to get here via airmail. Very fast.

They are light, but look great for the price. Mirrors are very clear. No complaints.

So you bought them from Thailand and had them shipped from Taiwan?

The mirror pivot covers broke on 2 sets of the stock Suzuki mirrors on my VStrom(my motorcycle has never been down). 1st set was covered by warranty, after the second set I bought a set of the Tuono mirrors people seem to like. $27.85 each at the local Aprilia dealer for OEM mirrors.
