AAARRRRGGGHHHHH!!!! Just getting back from a Great Lakes trip the week before, and I leave for Deals Gap the week after. To keep things civil at home, probably best not to be gone for 3 weekends in a row.

To anyone thinging about it, JUST GO! Rich runs a great route, and it is a total run at your own pace ride. They will get ahead, but they do stop and wait for you to catch up ... and thanks to all who had to wait for me last year. The roads are AMAZING, and if you are riding on the streets now, you can handle these roads. The campground is quite nice as well, clean and friendly, except for the owners dog (not friendly). Bring a tent and get a nice spot by the river.

* Deliberately different area and camp ground and river
Near to the apex of last route about 80 miles from last time.

There are roads there that justify the trip by itself. I will be going up there sometime regardless of whether there is interest in "the weekend"

This area is my target for last 2 years. I was planning to be there last year. It didn't work out. And now - August 3rd. Why?! It's my better one birthday! In addition pretty round one...

I had to go with the last choice. But, as I'm going on a 2-3K mile jaunt in July, I won't be able to get to NH in August.
