What the hell is a "tiez?" Misspelling of the number ten in Spanish?

From my short stint in Germany (Army, early 80s) Usually, when i and e are used together, there is a long e or i sound - for the second letter in the combination.

My guesses:

tize
or tights

I'm going to take a huge chance and accept the info from the person who works there.

Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. I didn't quite make it to 17,000 miles on the 2012 DL650A.
Nicknames I use to lessen typing, Vee = 2002-2012 DL1000s. Vee2=2014-2016 DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 DL650s. Glee = 2012-2016 DL650s

no its just means "fast"
What language? One of the few phrases I can still remember from my very rusty Urdu is "jeldi jaow," so it's not that or Hindi.

The web site says it is Urdu. Tilted Horizons: Teiz Motorcycle Gear
English has fast, quick, speedy et. al. so more than one word can have the same or similar meaning.
