Seat recognition help request

I bought my 'Strom used...

This seat was on it:

I'm not too familiar with V-Stroms,
but I'll assume that this is an optional 'short-guy seat',
or a DL650 seat?

It seems very "deep-dished", and low.
It can't be a stock DL1000 seat, could it?

Thanks for any expertise!

Looks like a stock DL650 seat. Vertically-challenged 1000 riders commonly swap them to be a little lower to the ground.

2009 DL650A - sold

2005 DL650 - dearly departed
"I am enthusiastic over humanity's extraordinary and sometimes very timely ingenuities. If you are in a shipwreck and all the boats are gone, a piano top buoyant enough to keep you afloat that comes along makes a fortuitous life preserver. But this is not to say that the best way to design a life preserver is in the form of a piano top.
I think we are clinging to a great many piano tops in accepting yesterday's fortuitous contrivings as constituting the only means for solving a given problem." - R. Buckminster Fuller

It looks like a DL650 seat. Check to see what information is cast into the bottom of the seat pan.

Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. I didn't quite make it to 17,000 miles on the 2012 DL650A.
Nicknames I use to lessen typing, Vee = 2002-2012 DL1000s. Vee2=2014-2016 DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 DL650s. Glee = 2012-2016 DL650s
See https://www.stromtrooper.com/general-...nicknames.html
