Talking Twins!Sorta???

Just picked up an 04 Vee to go with my 07 Wee.
Got a great deal on it,63000 km (about 40,000mi) power commander, givi topbox, heated grips, hawk oiler, centrestand ,power outlet, brand new chain and sprockets and pretty new tourances.
Definitely has the clutch chudder (drives me nuts !) at about 2500-3000 while accelerating.i guess i am probably a little spoiled with the wee being so smooth though. The power is fun though!
Liking throttle wheelies!Looking forward to more after I drop a tooth on the front sprocket. It is geared too high for where i like to cruise ~60mph...
looking forward to learning some Vee stuff from you guys and gals!

Well done, pvwheeler. If your post gets at least one Wee owner to stop bragging that his DL650 has "all the power anyone needs", it will be worth it.

Looks pretty clean. Nice find.

Now you can play on both teams.

That's very refreshing.

Usually people like to hide their insecurites.

Nice pair PV.

All I'm suggesting here is that the 1K drivers are downright circumspect compared to some of the 650 owners. Tweaking the latter group every once in a while won't hurt anyone.

Whats the saying:

"If you got it flaunt it"

Neat pair though. We should hear some good comparisons.

Hey, my '09 Wee has all the power anyone could ever need! I make no claims about whether or not I *want* more power, however...:biggrinjester:

My wee was too fast so I disconnected one spark plug.

'07 WEE-HAAAA! Blue, loaded & sweet

I'll know where I'm supposed to be when I get there.
