SoCal Real Riders: Shameless plug

So I was at Renegade Classics buying my Cool Vest and Ryan told me about an ex-cop who gives private lessons on motorcycle riding. His name is Garry Biddinger and the name of his business is SoCal Real Riders. I have been away from riding for a number of years so I decided to sign up. I have taken two lessons. He starts out with slow speed control and balance. I have been practicing figure eights with about a 15 foot radius at walking speed. He supplies the bike (Honda Rebel). I didn't think it was possible to do that on a motorcycle.

He also presents a safety lecture every Sunday at the Motorcycle Cafe in Oceanside. I'm going this afternoon (at 2:30). Stromette, take notice...

Here is the contact info

FastEddie, you get a gold star and 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up from me! If everyone in your position (returning to riding after a layoff) took the same steps towards safety insofar as education and skill enhancement that you are now taking then the statistics involving accidents would drastically change.

Thank you for posting the information. How 'bout when I return to the Left Coast after my USA Four Corner ride we meet up at a lecture and then go ride?
