Need advise on Cee Bailey wind screen!

I just received my Cee Baily wind screen but the two holes do not match up to my farring. Has anyone else had this problem? Should i try drilling new holes?
When I placed the order I was asked for the year and model of my bike (2003).

Thank you!

Well, I ended up pushing to flaten the screen to match up with the holes. I hope this is proper proceedure. I also had to drill a 3rd hole in the bottom of the screen. Just got back from a ride up to 90 mph and the screen is still on. I'm Still getting some buffeting.

I have the 03 and got the Cee Bailey back in 03. One of the holes was off and I had to widen it with a drill. about a year later it cracked where i drilled. I was told they fixed that problem so I ordered another. It fit great and is still on my bike.
