What is the draw on the stock horn for a Wee?

Anybody know the draw on the stock horn????

1.3 to 3 a. is usual on motorcycle horns but I can't find a specific ref. to stroms.

I doubt that it's listed anywhere. Stick an ammeter in line an measure it if you need to know exactly, otherwise the info above is probably as close as you'll get.

Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. I didn't quite make it to 17,000 miles on the 2012 DL650A.
Nicknames I use to lessen typing, Vee = 2002-2012 DL1000s. Vee2=2014-2016 DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 DL650s. Glee = 2012-2016 DL650s

horn draw

I ran a Fiamm freeway blaster on my Ducati which had the same draw as the stocker. Plug and play...nice and easy for a dope like me!! I don't believe I've ever used the horn on my bikes for anything but beeping to someone while driving by their house so I don't want to go thru the trouble and cost of the stebel.

I would add a relay for any non stock horn. Cook the spring on the horn button and there is no replacement from Suzuki other than the entire switch. A relay is very cheap.
