650 vs 1000 seat?

Folks, Wife has a 650, great bike. My legs are much longer than hers so I am wondering if the 1000 seat is taller than the 650. I have a 06 Buell Uly and have been left alongside the road 2x now so I would like to be able to just swap out seats on her Wee when I am going on a long (14 DAY) mc trip. Also just some times want to ride her bike so swapping out seat if taller is sure easier than swapping out foot pegs for one day ride to work. Used the search but could not find what I was looking for.

DL1000 is taller and wider than the DL650 seat. The width makes the difference feel like more than it really is.

1000 seat is an inch taller than the 650 seat. Most folks like the 1000 seat better. I couldn't stand it for more than 15 minutes. Your butt may vary.
