My wife bought a sporty

Yep,

Now my Wee has a Sportster as a stablemate. Could be worse. Actually - it really is a nice sporty. I got to test drive it because she doesn't have her license yet.

Which one? There's quite a variety of cool Sportsters out there.

Go hakafugu yourself.

sport

My wife put 40K on her 01 1200 C before trading it off for a V rod
We had NO trouble with the bike, it got 55 mpg and had plenty of power.

congrats on your new riding partner!

This thread is useless without pictures.

It would also be nice to see the bike.

My wife had a XL1200L Sportser for about a year and a half before she traded it in (at full MSRP with 6,500 miles) on a Dyna Street Bob. It was fun to ride in a short-shifting on mildly winding back roads kind of way.

Congratulations on the new stablemate,

Norm

Gotta love the V-rod motor! I rode one for a weekend once and loved it.......

two-tone black and white pearl. Just imagine a short sissy bar/backrest on it and that's the bike.
