Thumbs up Here's to Dan Vesel!

I did my research, and found that any sort of highway peg for the Strom was either non-existant, strange in it's placement or requiring other parts to bolt onto. Enter Dan Vesel. Here is a fellow Strommer who saw a need for a few well designed accessories that were not readily available,( or did not suit his needs or preferance) and created his own small business to fill this void. Thank God! I just purchased a set of his Givi crashbar compatable highway pegs for my wee and they arrived priority mail the next day! Wow! Now that's customer service. Dan and Cheryldene were very accomodating and easy to deal with and they offer a decent selection of strom accessories on their website. The pegs arrived and I was impressed. Powder coated black finish and very sturdy in construction, they were practical and good lookin'. They were also a breeze to put on, taking me only about 10 minutes. I paid 140.00 including the shipping for the item. Maybe a bit expensive for some of you cheepo's out there, but for me it was just what I was looking for. Check them out here:

Congratulations on your purchase. The same set is on my wish list just after I get a few other things squared away. I had the Happy Trails + amoto skidplate. They were both nice, but produce an intolerable vibration between 5-6k. The Givi bars alone produce only a slight buzz. The DV pegs look like the answer.

Congrats on your pegs. I cannot get over how much more comfortable I am with my Dan Vessel Inline Round Pegs. The outstretched riding position will make a difference in my lower and upper back as it puts me into a more relaxed position while riding.

Shipping and communication turn around with Dan is extremely fast. . .

Thumbs up

+1 on the highway pegs! I can't say how many times I have used them to change position when I thought I was going to have to stop. The dreaded ass torture gets relieved to allow longer riding times. Relieved my leg cramps and hip cramps. Easy install and GREAT people to deal with.
