Reliable spare part suppliers

A global hello to all the Stromtroopers

I'm looking into buying & shipping a no. of spares for my 2005 Wee Strom - from the States to South Africa. Low engine oil = a dented bank account for me......

I know eBay is one such supplier to get parts from, but I was wondering if anyone on this site also knows of (based in San Diego according to the website) & whether they're genuine, etc?

San Diego CA 92154-8204

On their site, they supply OEM parts for most bike brands. Are these original parts?

For example, one of the parts the Suzuki dealer here in S.A. quoted me for my Dl650 was the Conrod Assy. The part no / product code they provided for the Conrod Assy was:

However, the part no. for the exact same year model, etc (searched on their website) is different, i.e.

On the website, this is the '' part number.

If anyone has used BikeBandit (or any other supplier) & can vouch for their reliability, it would be of great assistance to me.

Thanks to all,

Bike Bandit is a legitimate company. They have been around a good while and appear to be quite large. I've ordered from them a couple of times and my only complaint is that the time from an order being placed to being shipped is quite slow. I personally prefer Dennis Kirk ( but I don't think they carry OEM parts.

Bike Bandit-

I just scanned the "Dealer/Vendor Member Experiences" section in the Marketplace. The first four pages had these threads with Bike Bandit in the title.

Read and judge for yourself. There are lots of other vendors out there. Look around that Member Experiences section to find some good ones.
