JC Whitney top box - will it fit in there?

I'm thinking of purchasing the large JC Whitney top box for my Vee.

Primary use will be to secure my Nolan N-102 helmet and my Teiz 1-piece riding suit (which I have not bought yet http://teizms.com/) when I get off the bike someplace.

I think the box is about 40 liters. Do you think both those items will fit in the box with the lid closed?

It fits my HJC IS-16 (plus a fair amount of other stuff) or my aerostitch one-piece, but not both.

I have the OEM top case which is 48 liters according to the Suzuki website. I can fit my helmet (size large) and my mesh jacket in the case but it pretty much fills it up. There's some room for smaller things shoved here and there (hat, wallet, phone, etc) but that's it.

The issue is mainly due to the weird sizes of the armor in the jacket which makes folding or rolling a pain. If the riding suit is similar, and it looks like it is, fitting both into a 48 liter case would be challenge let alone a 40 liter one.

Hopefully some others chime in with some creative folding techniques to make everything fit!

My Symax II and my Tourmaster Intake fit in my Bestem 48l, but, as noted thats it. The armor makes the jacket take up a lot of space.
