question of value

I am looking at possibly having to sell my Gray K2 due to an issue with my legs. Hurts me to have to contemplate it, but falling over in traffic is worse to me.

I am wondering what the value is with 30K miles, down once easy but repaired without any farkles. Always been garaged and has a new seat and tires.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Here is the KBB retail value for your bike.

Here is the NADA used value of your bike.

You may want to adjust accordingly for the new tires and seat. However you may want to also keep in mind people will want a reduced price since it has been down. It stinks, but it's true.

Hope that's helpful!

That is about what I figured as well. The real value of anything is what you sell it for in the end. Well, I own it outright so it does me no harm to keep it.

If my legs get too bad, I will simply have the nicest garage decoration around.

KBB Trade-In Value for your bike is $3475, and KBB Retail Value is $5050.

Private Party Value is typically right in the middle, so $4262 would be a reasonable price for your bike, assuming there is no visible damage. As always, farkles, new tires, etc... don't add to the selling price, but they do make the bike more desirable.

Good luck!
