Shipping parts from Europe

So, about 3 weeks ago I ordered a set of HEED bars for the bike. I kept an eye on the tracking up to the point where they departed Warsaw, Poland. At that point they are no longer tracked by their shipper, but by the USPS. Their website keeps saying that the origin poster is preparing the shipment. Does anybody else around here have any experience with Heed and how long it took to get your parts? Last time I had anything shipped international I was in Iraq and it was a very quick delivery
...maybe it helped being an APO address.

Lots of times tracking does not work. I have had stuff sent from Europe that still showed it has "having been picked up" even after it was delivered.
However, after 3 weeks, I would suggest you call them. That is usually more than enough time to complete the journey.

I have clutch baskets going back and forth to international destinations all the time.

3 weeks is a problem. I have seen stuff have a tracking link that shows shipping....then goes away like yours. That is usually an incorrect tracking link.

You need to call Heed and see what's up. Could be it got a shipping number...but turns out it was not in stock to ship. May still not be in stock......

I've had a few things where the packages disappear for a few days when the shipper is using a reshipper. Comes over in a conex and then winds up with a new USPS number rather than the origin shippers number.

I ordered the Heed engine bars for my BMW from ebay.

It took 3 weeks - 4 weeks.
