Best Bang for buck Action Camera?

I don't need anything fancy, but I want a good enough camera to record HD Video (which is older technology) for up to 4 hours at a time. Also a camera that can handle being in 100F degrees, direct sunlight for that long of a time without having problems.

I got a lil action cam on Amazon for about $50 it works alright but 2 problems; battery is only good for about an hour ( I have 1 spare), also it froze up the screen and the battery got drained from the 105F degrees ride I took it on. The heat caused the camera to lock up, and the batteries drained super faster than normal from the heat.

But I don't wanna spend $300 on a GoPro.

I use a Mobius action cam tapped into my bike's power through an aux electrical port. No wire splicing required. I've been using it for 3+ years year-round in Chicago, temps from 10 below to 100 degrees and humid. Total cost about $75.

That sounds good; I looked online and it is a different looking camera than your typical action cam.

Does this come with a helmet mount or where is the camera placed when you are riding?

Is this the cam?

And is this the adapter?

That's the camera and super capacitor. I have that plugged into a micro USB cable that runs to another cable which plugs into the stock aux port. I forgot where I got the cable for the aux port. I'll find a link and post it as soon as I can.

I used double sided sticky tape to mount it under the the headlamp. Though fork specs indicate the cam is at risk, it's never been a problem for me.
