Had a Birthday recently and celebrated with AdventureTech

The good wife bought me a few toys and i just wanted to throw a shout out to Rick and Gloria for customer service and quality parts.
I got mirror extenders, foot peg lowering kit, and a Givi 307 tank bag. All went on easily (once i read the instructions) and work well.

Thanks Rick!

Rick and his wife are wonderful to work with, when it comes to customer satisfaction, they are 100% if not more.
BTW, happy birthday.

That's my experience as well with AdventureTech.
Last great experience with them; had a broken reservoir on my TUTORO Chain Oiler. Emailed to ask if they sold the oiler by itself. Got an email the next morning letting me know that I could buy just the reservoir for $10 (+ shipping, instructions provided) and to call Gloria to make it happen. Problem solved!

Rick, I augmented your instructions as follows (couldn't do it by hand, I'm a wuss):
1) I wrapped electrical tape around the broken reservoir to improve grip.
2) Grabbed the electrical tape with a vise to hold the reservoir and was then able to rock the body off of the old reservoir.

Thanks again for the superb customer service.
