Lurker Offers Another Luggage Option

Lurker here

I see some of you are using Pelican cases as sidebags. Ive always thought this was a great idea. Here is an alternative to the Pelicans which I thought might interest y'all. Sorry if this is old-info...

http://www.stormcase.com/

Plus I thought the name has an interesting tie-in to this GREAT site!

PS...although currently lurking, I hope to buy a WeeStrom this winter. Currently own a "tarted-up" Moto Guzzi Coppa Italia.

Storm cases are a great choice, I use them for other stuff. Now if only they had a toploader like the 1440s...

I wonder how close that yellow matches the 08 camel yellow on our Stroms.

I actually like side opening, as you can just put a strap on there and have it open 90o so you have a little tray.

This might be common knowledge, but no one's mentioned it: the 36L Caribou system uses the hardigg/storm iM2600. I have it; they're great!

Funny, I was looking at the spec breakdown between 1550's and Storms and came up with the iM2600's as a good match

Thanks for the info

Mmmmmm... Coppa Italia...

My '04 EV shortly after bringing it home, bought new June 2005. Sold June 2007 for the DL650. Would have kept it if it were my decision... (Ignore the weird photo distortion of the cooling fins on the cylinder.)

So you visit www.wildguzzi.com? Do not sell your Guzzi! I'd take your Coppa over the Griso just about any day.
