SW-MOTECH Toprack

I am looking at buying a Givi trunk and the SW toprack. (http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade...tview/240/203/) The rack is 99.00 but then there are some more additional options that start at 35.00. Has anyone purchased this rack from Twisted Throttle? Do I need to pay the additional 35.00 for the Monokey option for this toprack?

Yes. The rack is just that, a luggage rack. You'll need the quick release adapter plate to match your topcase. Passenger space is a little cramped, but, livable

Also check out the adjustable rack set up at Adventure MotoStuff

I would skip the sw motech stuff and go for the actual givi rack. I haven't had any experience with their givi adapters, but their adapters for the hepco becker stuff are awful

I just went with the Givi rack. In the end way cheaper! I am sure it will work just as well as the SW toprack. Now I just have to wait for the shipment to arrive!
