Wee mid range rpm buzzing/vibration

I have had my 08 abs wee for about three weeks now, and have put about 400 miles on it. All of a sudden, there is something vibrating in the general area of the speedometer or windshield. It just started and I can not figure out where it is coming from. It starts buzzing at about 5k rpm, and I am getting frustrated because it is quite distracting, and plus, it is a brand new bike.

Lightbulb vibration

I have an 07 wee and I noticed a vibration around the instrument panel. If I put some pressure on the tach or speedo with my thumb the vibration stops. One day when I don't feel like riding, I'll fix it. I don't see that happening anytime soon.

It just figures, now that I am old and wise enough to stop and smell the roses, I would lose my sense of smell.
