Question Pelican lid locks?

I've done some hunting around but haven't yet found weatherproof lid locks for Pelican cases (like what Caribou uses). Has anyone installed something similar?

"I am enthusiastic over humanity's extraordinary and sometimes very timely ingenuities. If you are in a shipwreck and all the boats are gone, a piano top buoyant enough to keep you afloat that comes along makes a fortuitous life preserver. But this is not to say that the best way to design a life preserver is in the form of a piano top.
I think we are clinging to a great many piano tops in accepting yesterday's fortuitous contrivings as constituting the only means for solving a given problem." - R. Buckminster Fuller

I am pretty sure Caribou uses a 5/8 th Cam lock from ilco locks.

But any Weatherproof Cam Lock will work - just get your measurements for the swing arm right.

Also, for the Pelican cases, you will need a 5/8ths Cam lock for depth.

here's one link to weatherproof Cam locks : http://www.illinoislock.com/cam_locks.asp?id=120

Now flying the Team Orange colors (yes, I went to the dark Dakar side and bought a KTM...)

If you are planning on making them yourself, why not use a mailbox lock? They are small and outdoors in the elements with fairly good performance.
