power commander settings

i've got a power commander for my '03 dl 1000, i've punched out the pipes (hole saw) & have a k&n filter. problem is the maps included are either stock, or after market pipes with o2 sensor disconnected. haven't got that route, and was wondering if anyone has a good idea for a setting
thanks brian

Best solution is to find a dyno and cough up a couple hundred bucks to have a map done right. Everyone has a "best of" fakle. That was mine!
