spring compressor

Just ordered a heavier rear spring for my 1k from Klaus.

Will this spring compressor do the trick to swap the springs?

The wrap of the coils on a strom spring will likely be too close to get the hooks to seat. I've used those compressors on car springs before and they're pretty beefy.

There are a couple ways of compressing the spring. I used 2 ratchet straps and 8 hose clamps to hold the straps in place on the spring. There more info here

you could do this too
