Givi/Kappa makes the case for Suzuki, I do believe.

Mine's been great, and I had my topcase thrown in as a freebie, along with the handguards....

There have been two manufacturers for the suzuki cases. If your key says "Soft" on it your case was made by Soft. If not you have a Kappa.

I have the Soft cases. They are working out pretty well.

Yeah, I think the big problem with the OEM cases, and why you don't see more of them, is basically price.

My topcase was free, and the quality is more than adequate, but I may have looked elsewhere if I had to lay out my own cash for one.

Same here; when I bought the bike the OEM top and side cases were part of the deal. Otherwise I'd have probably gone Givi with maybe the SW-Motech QuickLock side racks.
