Talking New toy for working on my toys.

Good news I got my long awaited new toy. My motorcycle lift. It is an air/hydraulic from Harbor Freight and it seems to work well too. No longer will I be crawling around my bike on the ground to do work. I will probably do something different with the wheel vise as this one works but I think there is a better option out there for sure. I used it today to add a tank bra to the Strom which I think is kind of a crappy set up I am going to have to do something else for tank protection.

A lift is a great tool. I put a Condor trailer chock on mine. http://www.condor-lift.com/product.asp?ItemID=1011 I can ride the bike into the chock and step off.

Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. I didn't quite make it to 17,000 miles on the 2012 DL650A.
Nicknames I use to lessen typing, Vee = 2002-2012 DL1000s. Vee2=2014-2016 DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 DL650s. Glee = 2012-2016 DL650s

Harbor Freight now has a ride in chock for a lot less but I don't know how well it works.
