Cool K7 DL1000 seat mods

Just took my K7 DL1000 seat to a local lady (Calgary, AB) to get it shaved down a bit so I can get more of my feet on the ground when stopped. It already had gel in it but she was able to cut the foam down, replace the gel and refit the cover. The seat was already very comfy with the gel and is now even more so. And, now I'm able to get the entire balls of my feet on the ground. Not flat footed yet though. Am thinking about removing the rectangular rubber pads on the bottom of the seat pan and replacing with some thinner rubber to get it a bit lower (another .25" maybe).
