Pennytech Mount for Stebel

I found a novel way to install the stebel horn on the strom. I went to my local auto store and bought an automotive battery connector.

I was able to spread the clamp to place it around the support under the left front fairing. The attachment shows the type I used. Also I needed to remove the old bolt and put in a longer one.

After you redo the clamp you place in on the bar with the bolt facing up. PLace the horn over and tighten.

It has been on the bike for a month with no cracking or settling....yet

Pretty clever, I've been thinking about a good way to attach a Stebel for some time. I like the idea of putting it inside the cowling if possible. How's it sound when you light it off? Blow you off the saddle? <g>

How exactly are you mounting the Stebel there? On the engine guard?

It fake! That bike's way too clean. Is it mounted to the oil cooler? May be it's just wedged between the guard and the motor...naw, that can't be it.

I do plan to clean my bike this weekend though, but it'll never look that good.

Yup, I agree

Much to clean, I just cleaned mine and it don't look near that good.
I have an Idea where to put my Stubel now. It fell out of the cowling about a month ago.
