Question Idle Hammer after oil change?

Just changed the oil on my DL1000K3 (92,000 miles), putting in fresh 15-50wt Suzuki brand Synthetic. Have seldom had any idle hammer before, but immediatly following the oil change, the idle hammer is very consistent and obnoxious when idling, especially with the clutch lever pulled in. I double checked my TBS last night, and it's still balanced. Of course I checked and double checked the oil level, and everything seems spot on. Anybody have any experience with this problem, or suggestions?

I have noticed my 02 doing this when the rpms are very low, mainly when cold in gear with clutch pulled(still some drag on engine).A fresh oil change would also tend to lower idle rpm due to the fresh oil high vis index.
