We're supposed to get a rain/snow mix Wednesday here in S MI. It will be my first "real" winter. I went ahead and ordered a one-piece Tourmaster suit that should be here sometime this week hopefully. Hooray for winter riding, and the crazy looks you get from cagers

Which models of Vees/Wees/Glees have an air temperature warning light? Where does it take the reading from (i.e. where is the sensor)?

Pretty sure my old Vee doesn't have one. Not that I'm all that interested in riding at around freezing temps, anyway.

We had light snow flurries this afternoon, more forecasted for tonight and overnight. Some accumulation forecasted for north of us.

Only the Glee has it up to 2013 models. The sensor is in the left section of the fairing.

Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. I didn't quite make it to 17,000 miles on the 2012 DL650A.
Nicknames I use to lessen typing, Vee = 2002-2012 DL1000s. Vee2=2014-2016 DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 DL650s. Glee = 2012-2016 DL650s
See https://www.stromtrooper.com/general-...nicknames.html

And I don't know about anyone else's, but mine is pretty generous about the temp. Usually about 4 degrees warmer than actual in cold weather. Pretty close once you get into the mid to upper 70's though.

I have the 2012 DL650 and I have never seen this light come on?

Maybe there is something wrong with my bike?

Oh wait, it's probably because I live in Sydney, Australia. All year riding here

Sorry, couldn't help it!
