Tool Kit

I did a search and surprisingly didn't find anything on this. Anybody out there put together a full tool kit that they carry with them (vs that pressed white metal P.O.S. OEM "tool" kit)? If so, what does it contain? Also, anyone here with a VEE come up with an interesting mounting location? I forget who it was, but someone put a pretty ingenious case on the rear fender, behind the license plate- did it hold up well?

I have a canvas mechanic's bag that I use. (6" x 6" x 10") Hard to say what's in it because it starts with basics like Allen wrenches, screwdrivers, cutters, pliers, selected sockets, breaker bar, ratchet, and gets additions as I work on the bike. Lots of misc. stuff like thread locker, tie-wraps, electrical tape, oil filter wrench, etc.

I use the container under the Sargent seat for spare bulbs, fuses, and the like. It takes several months to put a bag together and it's always a work in progress.
