Vinyl, Tool Tube, Scott's Damper... What did YOU do today.

So I had a day to start doing the backed up projects. Tool Tube, Scott's damper with risers, White Vinyl, cleaned up my headlight relay install and finished the admore and strobes on the back.

The vinyl didn't come out as well as I hoped but if you dont let anyone get within 20 feet it looks pretty good I will probably peel it all off in about 5000 miles when I do the next Valve check.

Looks good! I'm jealous of your Scotts damper!

Very nice, I dig the exhaust tip look of the tube.

Nice work! A Scott's is on my short list. Did you make a longer pin to use with the risers? I need taller bars and have been back and forth, bars or risers but want to install a Scott's. this looks like a good solution.

I ordered the 63mm (2.5 inch) tower pin from Scotts. It was $9.95 shipped and arrived in 2 days. I wasn't certain it would give me the recomended 20mm insertion in the lower bracket untill I got it all set up and I have 22mm.

I bought the Scott's Damper from a local Stromtrooper because the price was fair .

The tip is just a 45 degree 2 inch elbow I filled with a pinned in rubber stopper and JB welded into the reducer. I was going to just go with a standard clean out plug but the local hardware store was sold out so I improvised in the isle.

Overall I have a sense of accomplishment.

Thank for the kind words. It's always nice to get feedback.
