BC interior Strom rides

Hi, just thought I'd take a shot and see if there are any Strommer's that are doing rides this weekend. I'm touring the BC southern interior for the next 5 days and would like to meet up and find a few fun roads to ride.
Thanks
Frank

Drove through the Kootneys earlier this year... just an awesome place to be on a bike. Would love to be able to pop down and join you, but the kids bought a fixer-upper and I'm wiring all weekend. I hope you have decent weather and enjoy the ride!

I'd love to join you but my time is spoken for already. You've got a lot exploring to do as there are backroads and trails everywhere.
Enjoy your ride and take plenty of photos!!!!!

While visiting my son who attends UBC, we travelled across the interior of Vancouver Island via Highway 4 to Tofino. Awesome road! The only sad part was being in a rental car while the lonely wee sat in my garage back in Pennsylvania. :sad1:

If you can get to Cache Creek, then head to Whistler you will go through some amazing canyons.

Lots of roads to explore in the interior though. Pickup some fresh fruit too along the way.

+1 on the Duffy lake road road south to whistler. I ride that road about once a month when the snow is gone!

Thanks for the responses everyone. I have driven thw canyon from cach creek many times long ago but not on a bike. Did the Kooteny ferry loop through Nelson, down to Osyoos, back up through Castlegar to Nakusp, and across the ferry. Now in Vernon. Still have most of the week to play.....
