Is a Side-Car available for this bike?

Well, the title says it all. Has anybody seen a side-car to be fitted to the 650? Is it possible at all to do that?

I have seen photos of a sidecar on a V-Strom but I don't recall whether it was a 650 or 1000. Someone on this forum had it but it's been a while since I saw it.

DL100 hack

That's a nice looking rig. If it had a skookum subframe for the bike and an Earles type fork I might even consider riding it off the pavement.

I can't imagine putting a sidecar on a 650. The 650 has enough power for a passenger and full luggage no problem, but a sidecar is a whole new beast.

I wonder if there's a buffeting issue for the passenger?

"That's a nice looking rig."

No - its wrong. Its as wrong as wrong can be. Even if you had to travel to the other side of the universe to define wrong - this would be it. Its as wrong as the wrongest thing you can EVER think of. Just dont do it.

Does anybody know where I can get a copy of the book, "When Bad Things Happen to Good Motorcycles"?

Not the least of which is that that's the stocker fork, not a leading link, which is gonna make the Rigged bike handle like a cat with a saddle.
