Balancer set, knuckle cover

Is Ron Ayers the best place to order a new balancer set and knuckle cover? I kinda scraped the left side real good last night and bent the balancer part that sticks out from the handlebar. And the long bolt. And jimmied up another little silver tube part too. Ayers wants $50 and you get both sides, like it or not.

And how does that stay put inside the handlebar tube anyway? I realize it draws together and expand the rubber bushing as you tighten the long bolt, but the nut on the inside that goes all the way inside the bar has nothing to stop it from turning along with the bolt. I don't get that.
The good news is I didn't drop the bike. I refused to.

Thanks, Agg, but I'll bite the bullet and buy some new stuff. But I do want to know how is it you can tighten the long bolt and the nut on the end in the inside doesn't just spin along for the ride.

The usual problem is taking the long bolt all the way out an the nut inside gets pushed back and can't catch. The bolt is supposed to be loosened only, never taken out more than 1/2". and all the parts get wiggled out as an assembly.
