surging/correct mixture

How about having the surging issue corrected before the bikes are sold. It sure is annoying to have to fix a new bike.

I agree 100%- I have an appointment to have my fuel injection remapped in a couple of weeks. Tired of hiccups and surges. Why shouldnt Suzuki have a recall to fix the problem? I asked my dealer service center and they had no idea of this problem. I have chatted with many that have the same problem. I guess the remapping is the way to go! I'll see and post the results. Later!

Just tell them 5% increase on low and mid throttle. The Yosh box changes in series of plus and minus by 5% turns. I didnt have an increase in high(full) throttle, but I think I should have. The reason being that I run mine really hard and have the throttle wide open alot. If you dont- leave your high where it is. Karl

It is corporate irresponsibility to allow the Fuel Injection mapping problems to continue over a period of years. I wonder how Honda or Yamaha would react.
