I hate to say it this early in the game but I am honestly losing faith. Your national office has no idea what is going on concerning delivery dates. They don't seem to have a clue as to who has what bikes, or when they will get them. Even the Dealers who have bikes seem to get them without your National office knowing. It's quite sad that a lowly asst manager at a relatively small town dealer can access the internet and see that there are 4 other dealers in the state who have a model in stock (confirmed with a phone call), yet the people in the "HUB" of Suzuki USA have no clue and say that there are NO models in stock. I realize it's a small thing and I am just one person, but I am one person with a big mouth, and maniacal mood swings... not to mention not much of a conscience, and a borderline sociopath. Come on guys... what is the deal. When I bought a Saturn years ago, they could tell me exactly where it was on the assembly line, and in transit. If UPS and FedEx can track millions.. yes I said MILLIONS of packages each day and give customers updates on the status of those packages. One would think a Company as big as Suzuki could track a couple hundred
.. (thousands even) motorcycles. It just seems like your customer service people don't really have much customer service anymore
. The smaller dealers are taking the heat for your chumps in the corporate departments who seem to just want to plead ignorant and collect a paycheck. If this is the way I can expect further deliveries then I'll go back to Yamaha or Kawasaki. because right now I am not very impressed. Fortunately my local dealer does Yamaha, Kaw, and Honda as well. They have been very helpful.. but what can they do if corporate just tells them "I don't know, you'll just have to wait"?
Sorry.. I needed to vent:mad5:... I feel better now
. Next time I'm buying used no matter how far I have to travel to find it... screw this game.
