Just a few weeks away from an Irish population explosion. Lots of self proclaimed Irish Strommers on Saint Patties day. Stock up on the Guinness men!

Whats up Lads?
Good to see there are a few of us on this site. I'm form Limerick but based in New York for a while now. Don't have a Vstrom right now but I did have an 06 DL 1000 for a few years, until we parted company (literally) one day under unfortunate circumstances. Then I came across the new one at the Bike Show this year. My local dealer is getting a Demo model in this weekend so I am hoping to get a spin in the next few days, and maybe get the ball rolling on a new one soon after that.

Greetings from Naas.
Have a 2005 DL1000 Vstrom (but it's actually a K2) Just got a set of Viper cans on it today,it's very, very loud, even louder than my Ducati with Termignonis!!!

Good to see there are Strommers in Ireland. My wife and I are traveling to Ireland March 21, '16 and would like to know some good sites to see while in Ireland.

I will have a car for a couple of days and would like to go places that are of interest to someone from the USA. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, I was thinking of going over to the Burren and Cliffs of Moher are they worth seeing?

I don't recall getting to those places, but I knocked my passenger side mirror off on the Ring of Kerry. Very tight conditions. Driving is challenging. Normally I don't buy the rental car insurance, but in this case, I was very glad I did.

"Any Irish Troopers"

There once was a troop of Irish Dragoons, come marching down to Fife-y-o.
Been Irish Troopers long before the bike came about.
