Welcome Delizi. The wife and I were in your wonderful country a couple of years ago. It was one of the best vacations we've had. We loved Istanbul.

Merhaba Delizi! I have been to Turkiye many times. I would love to be able to take my DL-1000 there and ride. Unfortunately it is a long way to ship it there from America.

While Istanbul is an interesting city, I love the area around Oludeniz. I would like to ride a V-strom around Mt. Babadag. Probably my favorite area would be Nevshehir and Cappadocia in general. I have driven about 10,000 km in Turkiye. Unfortunatley most of it was in a rental car but a few kilometers on scooters.

I can't wait to go back again. It is one of the most amazing countries in the world. The history of Turkiye is very rich and once people go there, they often can't wait to go back. Only issue I've seen is the low speed limits for motorcycles. Petrol is some of the most expensive in the world as well. Don't ask me how I know but speeding tickets in Turkiye are very expensive as well...

Hi Delizi, I got to visit your country once for a week in early 1990s. I had a great time, and the Turkish Navy folks who hosted us (we had one aircraft with about 15 people onboard) were very gracious hosts. We took one day trip around Istanbul, and our last night we had dinner in a great restaurant.

Help 4 crossing Turkey pls!

Hello guys!
Next summer i want to make a trip to my country, Romania, leaving from Cyprus Limassol, where i live and work now. I will be crossing by ferry from Girne to Tusuku. My big dilema is what is the best road to take to visit some of the most beatiful places in Turkey. I am thinking to make the crossing in 3-4 days when i go, and in 2 days when i come back. One day it will be Istambul for sure.
If one of u guys can give me some tips with the route, maybe some tips for acomodation, i would apreciate it!
Thank you!
