Curious, hopefully for the answers

What are they for?

1: the white plug under seat near brake light
2: this silver bracket (on the bottom of gas tank) is loose and cannot be tighten. What is it used for?

The silver bracket holds the gas tank up when you want to remove the gas tank and need to get under it to connect the gas line and electrical connection. I think the owner's manual will show how it goes.

I believe the other is a sensor although I don't know which one offhand. You dot need to mess with it.

The tank bracket should have a rubber gasket under the gas tank. it acts as a vibration damper.
It should not be loose at all. If you can tighten it and the bracket is still loose something is missing.
This portion of the gas tank itself should not move.

The plug by the rear tail light is the dealer service port.
it can be jumpered to allow diagnostics.
