I’ve done the handguard removal.
The bar end philips screw connects to a square nut inside the handlebar.
That dang nut is easily pushed out of position and kept rolling around in there refusing
to get screwed head on.
The clutch lever adjustment is as per owner’s manual.
Is there a way to reduce span without adding slack?
Look at the end of the video where I put back the right hand guard. You will see I have removed the inside parts and tight the bolt just slightly. Then I have placed them all back at once. What do you mean by reducing span withought adding slack?
I m glad my videos are useful. In a few hours I will upload another one
