I just lowered my Adventure and added risers

Hello all,
With the help of a good friend and some fine micro brew, we lowered my 2012 Adventure 1" using Soupys links. Was fairly painless and now I am flat footed. We moved the forks as well to keep geometry close. To make the bars work better, I added the 2" pivoting Rox risers. I have read all over, no need to change out stock brake lines. To a point that is true but they are tight, so i ordered the new Galfer set from Blair to make sure its got room to move. I will install those when they arrive next week I hope. So far, the lowered Adventure (I will not call it a Glee ever) is doing fine on the road and the comfort and m personal confidence level not being tippy toed on it, has risen. Bike went from good to great.
