30 amp main fuse blown after rain

Hello,
Rode in rain for about an hour then stopped overnight, bike would not start in the morning, blown 30 amp fuse.
Replaced fuse, bike sat for a few days and dried out.
When I installed new fuse, neutral and ABS lights are lit on dash with no key in bike.
Bike starts but still problems with the dash.
Any ideas where to start
