Seat modding

Hi everyone, just wanted to say I'm very glad to have a vstrom finally after wanting one for so long...haven't done much other than the center stand but i couldn't stand the seat so i modded it...at first i didn't like it but after a few rides it actually felt better and starting to conform to my butt, or vice versa xD...I still wanted an aftermarket seat so i tried the sargent but just sent it back. Put this one back on and liked it better, lots firmer and solid with a little pocket. I have a feeling there may yet be a corbin in my future but this is better than stock and maybe just a sheepskin cover over it will do the trick...

Removing a little biy of teh seat pan under the tailbone area helped my Vee2 seat. I eventuall installed a Seat Concepts kit on the same pan. My Shad Comfort seat is by far the best, but they only make it for the DL1000s.
