Cable guides

On my 2014 650 there are two 8mm screws under the top triple tree that secure the wire cable guides. I am going to use those screws in that location to mount an accessory tray. The one on the left side can be gotten to with a tiny 8mm ratchet head spanner. The right one, I have no idea. Any advice on how to get to it would be appreciated. I'm trying not to have to destroy the original parts to remove them. Thanks in advance.

1/4-in to 1/4-in U-Joint Socket Adapter

I recently installed a Richland Rick accessory tray and used a 1/4-in to 1/4-in U-Joint Socket Adapter between my 8mm socket and 1/4" drive ratchet to make the connection. I believe I mounted the cable guides over the accessory tray.

Mine was on a 2006 DL650, but the same tool may work for you.

I use my 1/4" drive 12" extension to go up from the bottom.
