2013 650A Electrical Issues

I need some help with diagnosis with my DL that started yesterday. It started when I went to start the bike everything went blank on the instrument cluster after I got the pic that shows "chec". I heard a click under the seat, removed the seat and started in listening as I cycled the ignition off & on, it sounded like the TST 7 pin LED relay was acting up so I removed it. Turned on the ignition and got the pic that shows "chec" reinstalled the relay, I heard the fuel pump run up all looked ok then pressed the start button and all goes blank the relay clicks and the electrical starts going crazy, lights flicker rpm needle jumps around, like the friggen thing's possessed. Pic 141 is when the relay out, volts read 13.3, pic 143 is when I plugged the relay back in, the balance of the pic's is how the cluster looks and voltage is around 5.5-5.6 volts while all this electrical issues. Sorry having problems loading more photos????

Thanks in advance for any ideas I can check before looking at a dealer

Checked the battery cable bolt tightness ?? What is the battery voltage with the bike off and with the ignition turned on?

I R & R'd all the battery connections and made sure all were tight . 13.3 and after all is recycled but I have kept it on the trickle charger and when not its at 12

How old battery? Type? I suspect you done unless you have electrical drain. Resting lead acid 12V battery 12.9 fully charged is my understanding. 12.4 50% 12.0 is depleted.

Battery was in the bike when I bought it in Dec 2015. I'll check that....

13.3V with the ignition off?? Is the battery tender connected or just recently disconnected? I'd need to see the voltage with nothing connected for at least an hour. It should be around 12.6 to 12.7V.

Pulled the battery tag on the side says installed 11-2013 checked the voltage and it's at 13.3 I do know it's at 5 maybe 5.6 volts when I pressed the starter, I don't have a way to load test it here guess I can take it to O-Reilys and have them check it

It shouldn't be that high ... can you check your voltmeter on something else (AA, 9V battery)? is it set for dc volts?

What about with the ignition on?

Is it a Lithium battery?

No its a GS- GTX-12BS lead/acid type Meter is set on DC....;>)
