Thank you , thank you, thank you.

A forum member gave me a tip on searching using the Google Custom Search Box at the top center of the page.

I have been using it for just about any question I can think of and have found the answer, or answers, every single time. Sometimes so many answers I have information overload.

As a NOOB to this bike, the information is invaluable. I don't know of any other single source that can even come close.

To everyone responsible, from the Big Kahuna "B" to the thousands of members who have posted I say "THANK YOU!"

We are glad you are here, and sounds like you are enjoying that new ride! Yeah that Google custom search box is a gem, and I wish that more would take advantage of the many doors it opens. I want the other search function to be taken off the site page, as it is worthless as tits on a bull.

I never use the google search, I prefer the built in search.

I'm sorry but that makes no sense. The built in search is purposely crippled due to the size of the database.

Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. I didn't quite make it to 17,000 miles on the 2012 DL650A.
Nicknames I use to lessen typing, Vee = 2002-2012 DL1000s. Vee2=2014-2016 DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 DL650s. Glee = 2012-2016 DL650s

Thanks for the Google search tip. For some reason, I never noticed that option... Yeah, I know, it's right in the middle of the screen in front of me.

Previous bikes: Kawasaki 100, Honda CB360, Kawaski 440 LTD, Honda Pacific Coast, Honda GL1800 Gold Wing and now 2013 DL650A

Bud, glad you are finding the google custom search useful. I was skeptical the first time I was looking for some info, until I tried that search.

The wealth of knowledge in this forum and the people who contribute to it is one of the best benefits of riding a Vstrom. Thanks to all.
