Now if I can only get 0% mortgage on my house!

0% costs Suzuki money. Suzuki needs to buy-down the rate from their lender, Sheffield Financial (division of BB&T Bank). It is a promotion they have to get old models out of the warehouse. Great deal for the buyer. If you're a cash buyer, there should be a corresponding cash discount.
